These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all consulting, automation, and business optimization services provided by Anyikam Insights, LLC (“Services”) to any client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging our Services, signing a proposal, or making payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Anyikam Insights, LLC provides business consulting, AI automation setup, and system implementation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in the project proposal, statement of work, or invoice.

2. Fees, Deposits, and Payment

  • All fees are quoted as flat fees, milestone-based payments, or retainers as agreed in writing.

  • A deposit or initial payment may be required before work begins.

  • All sales are final once service has commenced or an agreement has been signed.

  • Failure to make payments as scheduled may result in suspension or termination of Services.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • All software, automation scripts, integrations, and related intellectual property created by Anyikam Insights remain the exclusive property of the Company unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • In certain cases, partial or full ownership rights may be granted to the Client, but this is not guaranteed and must be explicitly stated in the project agreement.

  • Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables within their own organization.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive data shared during the engagement. Any public use of the project for marketing or case studies will be mutually agreed upon.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary systems, data, and personnel.

  • Ensure accuracy of any information or materials supplied.

  • Use all deliverables ethically, in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

All Services are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Anyikam Insights, LLC does not warrant that automation, AI systems, or integrations will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce specific business outcomes.

You understand and agree that Anyikam Insights, LLC is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or business interruption arising from the use or failure of any automation or AI-driven system, whether implemented by us or by third-party services we integrate with.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or agreement with written notice. The Client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

9. Modifications

Anyikam Insights, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will be made available on our website or upon request.
